I started my fitness journey with at home workouts in 2020, but I\u2019ve always done sports in my life. This website is an exam assignment for the subject web design in the &#8220;Hogeschool VIVES Zuid&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why I started fitness<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m someone who has a fast metabolism so naturally I\u2019ve always been slightly underweight looking at my BMI. I\u2019ve always been insecure about my legs and booty because I was very skinny. But I was also very focussed on staying skinny so putting two and two together I was never contempt in my body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve done many sports like ballet, kickbox and running but none of them made me feel confident in my body. Even though I loved them all there was always something in the back of my mind that made me want to grow my booty even more than keeping a sixpack. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">At this moment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So I started going to the gym and with the years I learned what worked the best for me and how I should be eating. I also learned how to have a healthy relationship with fitness and food and started accepting and loving myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I didn&#8217;t know what I was doing for years so I really want to help others reach their goals without wasting their time doing things that aren\u2019t that effective. I know how it is to feel insecure in your body and I really would love to help you to build your dream body and feel confident again.
