GAINZ is a training program where we will mainly focus on creating muscle mass, also known as bulking. You will get a training program for 8 weeks with the possibility of extension. The GAINZ program is online coaching, I will do weekly check-ins and you can always ask questions in the GAINZ groupchat at whatsapp

GAINZ is focused on muscle development in the glutes. This means that this program only contains lower body workouts, core and cardio. If you would want upper body workouts too you can choose BOOTY 1O1 or SHRED. If you don’t want to cut yet, apply for the SHRED program and we will discuss how we will bulk and more. More explanation can be found at the buttons below.

GAINZ – ALL IN ONE

This is an ALL-IN-ONE program, which means you get nutrition plans, ideas for meals and snacks, workouts for 8 weeks with the possibility of extension

GAINZ – WORKOUTS ONLY

This is a WORKOUTS ONLY program, meaning you get a training program for eight weeks with the possibility of extension.
