BOOTY 1O1 is a training program for the ULTIMATE transformation of the lower body. The SHRED and GAINZ programs are online coaching but in BOOTY 1O1 I will be there for you IN the gym at every squat or lunge. I will train you personally and together we will achieve any goal we wished to achieve and more!

BOOTY 1O1 is focused on muscle development and is a full-body guide, with the FOCUS on the lower body. That means the program includes workouts for your lower body as well as upper body, core and cardio. More explanation can be found at the buttons below.

BOOTY 1O1 – ALL IN ONE

This is an ALL-IN-ONE program, which means you get nutrition plans, ideas for meals and snacks, workouts for 8 weeks with the possibility of extension

BOOTY 1O1 – WORKOUTS ONLY

This is a WORKOUTS ONLY program, which means you get a training program for eight weeks with the possibility of extension.

I mainly personally train my girls in The Chris Powergym, you can find the adress underneath. I can also go to other gyms depending how far and what gym, but this is something we can discuss together.
