SHRED is a training program where we will mainly focus on lean muscle mass creation, also known as cutting. You will get a training program for 8 weeks with the possibility of extension. The SHRED programme is online coaching, I will do weekly check-ins and you can always ask questions in the SHRED groupchat at whatsapp.

SHRED is focused on lean muscle mass creation and is a full-body guide. That means the program includes workouts for your lower body as well as upper body, core and cardio. SHRED – ALL IN ONE

This is an ALL-IN-ONE program, which means you get nutrition plans, ideas for meals and snacks, workouts for 8 weeks with the possibility of extension.

SHRED – WORKOUTS ONLY

This is a WORKOUTS ONLY program, which means you get a training program for eight weeks with the possibility of extension.
